Century Park is one of Shanghai's newest urban parks. Located east of the Huangpu River in Pudong, this lovely city park features a large lake, plenty of green space and natural areas. Boats can be rented at the lake.
Century Park is popular recreation destination for Shanghai families. It is a great place for tourists to see how Shanghai residents spend their free time. Young couples often visit the park for wedding pictures.

Century Park is easily reached from anywhere in Shanghai. Simply catch Metro Line #2 to the Century Park Metro Station. It is also just a short walk from Shanghai's massive Science and Technology Museum (where there also is a metro station).
