The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel in Shanghai China is an underwater tunnel that connects Shanghai's Financial District (Pudong) with the colonial district (i.e. The Bund) located in the Huangpu District.  Unfortunately, the ride through the tunnel in small vehicles is poorly presented and not worth the time or money.

Visitors are better off catching the passenger ferry (for the view) or crossing by metro (Metro Line #2).  The nearby metro stations are: Nanjing Road East (west side of river) and Lujiazui (east side of river).
